World of Therdaia
Welcome to the world of Therdaia, a mystical realm currently in development and managed by Cron the Creator (Dan Draper). Featured below are a few of the descriptions of some of Cron's favorite characters within the realm, modeled using LEGO bricks, photographed and displayed on @bricks_of_therdaia Instagram page.

Sir Cronus the Deviant
Being: Human
Affiliation: Leader of the Yunnion Guild
Magic Proficiency: Lesser Chronokinesis/Temporal Manipulation
Sir Cronus, a human known for his creative approach to tackling challenges and leadership of the Yunnion Guild, a group of mercenary adventurers. They take on a wide range of quests, often involving the slaying of rampaging monsters and resolve various issues throughout the land.
A master craftsman, Cronus has personally designed and crafted his suits of armor, often incorporating dyed purple drapery into their design, adding a touch of his unique style. He wields a khopesh, a sickle-sword, along with a large heater shield. Interestingly, despite founding a monster-slaying guild, Cronus never uses his khopesh to slay monsters; it serves solely for parrying. Instead, he relies on the “Violet Reaper,” a scythe he carries on his back, to deliver devastating blows to his foes.
His magical abilities are also formidable, and allow him to freeze time within a small radius for up to 15 seconds, giving him a significant edge against monsters. His tattered cape, worn from countless battles, stands as a symbol of his endurance and the many challenges he has faced.
Over time, Sir Cronus has forged new alliances and reconnected with old friends, but he has also made new enemies along the way. His journey has been rich with experiences, from attending festivals and fairs to renovating the guild with the help of its members further deepening the bonds of camaraderie that define his life as a craftsman, a leader, and a warrior.

Zandr the Rush
Being: Orcoblin
Affiliation: Orcoblin Mountain Tribe
Magic Proficiency: ???
Zandr, the finest charioteer among the orcoblins, is native to the rugged mountains. His unique training course is fraught with danger, consisting of steep and rugged terrain. One wrong move along the treacherous course could send anyone tumbling to their doom.
His chariot is pulled by Scamper, a drake—a large lizard-like creature comparable to a flightless dragon. Raised from a hatchling by Zandr, their bond is unbreakable. Scamper's sharp instincts and speed are perfectly complemented by Zandr's keen sense and quick commands. Together, they form a formidable pair, trusting one another implicitly.
Chariot racing is a rare sport among the orcoblins, but Zandr's exceptional talent has made him a prized asset to the united orcoblin tribe. Under the leadership of Sinra, the orcoblin tribes have unified and now seek to establish their strength and influence across Therdaia. Zandr has been chosen by the chieftains to represent their kingdom at the prestigious Grand Quadrennial Tournament in the Yunnion Kingdom, where he will showcase the might of the orcoblins and their rise in power.

Statue of Whispers
Being: Elf
Affiliation: Ancient Therdaia
Magic Proficiency: Arcane Vocal Psychokinesis
The Birgus Dungeon, an elaborate system of ever-changing passageways surrounding the base of Mt. Birgus, the largest mountain in all of Therdaia. The dungeon itself holds many secrets, and likewise a variety of important purposes. One such purpose is to house the Statue of Whispers, a relic of dark history.
Not just a mere monument, the statue is actually a type of casket known as an iron maiden, containing the remains of one of the most powerful ancient beings: Apega, an ancient elf gifted with an extraordinary power. Known for her silver tongue, Apega could bend anyone to her will with a mere command. Her voice, laced with magic, compelled those who heard her to follow her orders without question, making her an unstoppable force during her reign.
Rising to power in an era where strength ruled, Apega used her abilities to terrorize her subjects. She led violent raids, plundering towns and stealing wealth from her people, casting a shadow of suffering and oppression across Therdaia. Her reign of tyranny seemed unstoppable—until a group of brave heroes devised a plan to stop her and bring an end to her cruelty.
Through great effort and sacrifice, they succeeded in trapping her within the enchanted casket. Though she remained, her once-terrifying power contained within the casket, her voice reduced to nothing more than a faint whisper. Now a corroded and oxidized figure, the statue marks a time of liberation, a reminder of the fall of a tyrant and the freedom won by the brave.
Even now, those who dare to approach the statue say they can still hear faint whispers echoing through the dungeon's walls, a remnant of the elf's arcane voice, forever imprisoned.

Coby the Naja Beastman
Being: Beastman
Affiliation: Serpent Pit
Magic Proficiency: Lesser Mentokinesis
Coby is a knight-for-hire and a green snake beastman with large fangs and a short stature. Despite his size, he is an avid and formidable fighter. He wields a magitek blade that coats itself in his potent poison, which he stores in the weapon's hilt. Alongside this, he carries an enchanted shield featuring a serpent head that can come to life and strike at his enemies.
Coby’s venom is not only a mild hallucinogen but also the key to his magical prowess. Once he poisons a target, he gains the ability to not only induce stronger hallucinations but also manipulate all of his victim’s senses. His mental magic, fueled by his toxin, warps his enemies' perceptions, preventing them from distinguishing reality from illusion.
In addition to his magical prowess, Coby is a highly skilled and unique fighter. His combat style is uniquely fluid and rhythmic, creating after-images of himself as he moves, bewildering his opponents before delivering his strikes. This ability to distort both sight and perception makes him a dangerous adversary.
Though he remains loosely connected to the Serpent Pit, Coby’s origins lie within this group of snake-like beastmen. The Serpent Pit is infamous for its sharp-sensed bounty hunters and assassins, notorious for their treachery and infighting. If not for their constant deception among themselves, they could easily be one of the most formidable factions of beastmen in the land.

Melecheros the Slinger
Being: Daemon
Affiliation: Daemon First Legion
Magic Proficiency: Lesser Pyrokinesis
Melecheros, born in the smoldering depths of the underworld, quickly stood out among his peers due to his precision and remarkable control over his Pyro Bolt magic. His early years were spent in rigorous training, honing his skills.
During a skirmish between the Daemon Legions and daemon resistance, known as the Battle of Shadows, Melecheros proved his worth. Armed only with a rudimentary crossbow, held his ground atop a rocky precipice. His relentless barrage of flaming bolts decimated the enemy ranks, earning him the title "The Slinger."
His valor caught the attention of King Plutofer, who entrusted him with the Hellfire crossbow, a weapon crafted by the finest daemon blacksmiths to amplify his unique abilities. This powerful weapon is infused with magic and designed to help control his innate Pyro Bolt abilities. Hellfire allows Melecheros to condense and fuse his fiery magic into the projectiles it shoots, turning each bolt into a blazing weapon of destruction.
Melecheros’ demeanor is stoic, and his gaze, sharp as his bolts, misses nothing. He takes immense pride in his role as the head sentry of Plutofer’s underground palace, believing that unwavering vigilance is the highest form of loyalty. To his fellow guards and comrades in the Daemon First Legion, he is a paragon of duty and discipline. His no-nonsense attitude often comes across as stern, but it is rooted in his deep commitment to protecting his king and realm.
